This Privacy Policy explains how SERMERAPP ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Winner Odds mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account information

• When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, profile photo URL, and a unique account identifier (UID) through Firebase Authentication.
• A user ID generated by our backend to associate your activity, credit balance, and purchases with your account.

1.2 Purchase information

• In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive the purchased product identifier and a purchase token used to verify and grant credits. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

1.3 Device and usage data

• Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / AD_ID) for advertising and attribution purposes.
• A push notification token to deliver notifications.
• Technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and approximate region, along with in-app activity (e.g., generated combines, predictions, and credit transactions).

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Remote Config) — Firebase Privacy
• Google Play Billing — for processing in-app purchases.
• Google Sign-In / Google Play Services — Google Privacy
• OneSignal — push notifications — OneSignal Privacy
• Meta (Facebook) Audience Network / SDK — advertising and analytics — Meta Privacy

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To operate the credit system, generate predictions/combines, and maintain your purchase and transaction history.
• To process and verify in-app purchases.
• To send push notifications (you can disable these in your device settings).
• To display and measure advertising.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Advertising

The App may show advertising through Meta (Facebook) and may use your advertising identifier to deliver and measure ads. You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time through your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers listed in Section 2 to the extent necessary to operate the App, or where required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, or to request account deletion, contact us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
