Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Winner Odds mobile application (the "App"), operated by SERMERAPP ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using such content is legal in your location.

2. Accounts

To use certain features you must sign in (e.g., with Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Virtual Credits and In-App Purchases

• The App uses a virtual credit system. Credits are used to generate combines/predictions and access certain content.
• Credits can be obtained through in-app purchases processed by Google Play Billing, or through in-app activities we may offer.
• Credits have no monetary value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or by the Google Play refund policy. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play's policies.
• Prices and credit pack contents may change at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, or interfere with the App or its servers;
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to access the App or manipulate credits;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content without our permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, design, logos, and software, is owned by SERMERAPP and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of predictions or data. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERMERAPP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of money, data, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, including any decisions made based on its content.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services (including Google, Firebase, OneSignal, and Meta). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately, and any remaining credits may be forfeited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the developer's country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
